Rodeway Inn & Suites

On the outside, the property looks like a well kept old fashioned motel. But it's even nicer than that. The original layout had the room doors opening directly to the outside. Now, the buildings have been renovated, adding a nice corridor on the front so that the room doors open into the corridor. This is better security and it just feels nicer. The rooms have been updated to modern standards, with large format tiles in the bathroom, nice shower and sink, nice carpeting and super comfortable bed. The breakfast area is also updated and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Best place I've stayed at in the area so far. Security on site are friendly, staff is friendly and helpful.

This motel is in a great location. It was very clean, quiet, safe, and beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the pillows could have been much better. We actually had a much better experience here than 2 different stays at the Hampton Inn down the road including the prior night. We definitely would stay here again. The price was right and the stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rodeway Inn & Suites in Ithaca. The rooms are nicely maintained. I learnt from the management that they re-constructed the hotel from the ground up around 5 years ago. So, the rooms are fairly new. I am really impressed with the level of cleanliness they maintain. Even in mid-2023 when most hotels do not offer housekeeping services unless explicitly asked for, they replaced the towels, toiletries and made the beds during our 2-night stay. The staff is very helpful and considerate. I only wish that the beds were a bit more comfortable! But otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

First time staying at a Rodeway. Very friendly and helpful service at check-in. We were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Room, was very clean, spacious with a comfortable bed. Quiet at night and in the morning. Breakfast was included and better than we expected. Its not right in town (but very short drive) or walkable to anything, but a very good option as we were headed further down state and needed a place to rest for the night. Great value and would recommend and stay again.

The beds were comfortable! Room was clean, smelled good. Heat worked perfectly on our cold stay. Bathroom was spotless and I loved the hot water. I never understood people who complain about water pressure but I was able to shower in a clean bathtub so I was happy about it. Breakfast was great, one of the employees saw that there wasn't anything left and he went and made my mom, sis and I fresh breakfast which was so nice of him. Front desk girl at night when we arrived was very accommodating as well. I also like the fact that you have to use your card to get into the hallway where the rooms are and then again to your door obviously. Felt safe with the added security. Also its only 3 min from everything. Would definitely stay here again if I had to come up here.

I know this is not a 4 or 5 star place but it really was perfect after being tired cold and hungry travelers. The place was very clean, the room was well situated with microwave and mini fridge, the king bed which was comfortable and stocked with pillows and blankets, and the shower pressure was great and the water hot. It was quiet, and staff were the right amount of attentive not intrusive. Free breakfast in the morning ran until 10am and included make your own Belgian waffles. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked throughout. Checkout was simply returning your key to a key drop, and while it said 11am and we weren't much later than that, it probably was ten or fifteen minutes after 11 and no one has called or come by to hound us or rush us out in a frazzled state. So no it isn't the Ritz but it is a warm dry place to rest and then recharge with good enough food and quiet enough rooms to start your day visiting Ithaca falls or the college or wine country with a smile and at the reasonable rate you feel like you made a good decision when you pull away.

Two adults stayed for 4 nights here in mid-August in a King room and were very satisfied with the hotel located a few miles southwest of Ithaca in a quiet area. Gas, restaurants and stores are located a few minutes away towards Ithaca. The entire staff is super nice. Smallish breakfast area with 6 tables. Food was good with a hot breakfast of fried eggs and sausage links plus the normal fruit, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, yogurt, etc. Hotel was quiet and furnishings were nice. Room was in good shape except the bath area was somewhat showing its age. A bonus for anyone with an electric car is that they have four chargers available. Would not hesitate to stay here again whenever we come back to the area.

Not perfect but a very nice motel. Service was great. I had booked a regular king room online, but when we arrived, we were offered a free upgrade to a king deluxe simply because it was available. The room was gave the two of us plenty of space. The bathroom was big. Water was very hot and had decent pressure. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave, but don't rely on the freezer. It didn't freeze the little containers for our small cooler, but that was fine because there was an ice machine. The bed was comfortable, but there was of highway noise because of the location and design. It was a good value for the area. We would stay again.
